    Enterprise has never done me wrong. I highly recommend Enterprise. Barbara in Car Detailing does an absolutely 💯 Job with The Car's, She take's Great stride making sure Her work show's that she Care's about what she does and so that the customer who rents that Vehicle has a very clean Rental.     I had to rent a car because another gentleman hit me and cause damage to my vehicle. Dennis Makarov was the person who assisted me when I picked up the rental car. He was very considerate and according to him, the insurance company would only pay for a volkswagen jetta two door. Well I drive a Subaru SUV type vehicle. so for $5 day more, he put me in a Hyundai Tucson. We ended up having the rental car for a 2 and a 1/2 weeks. Upon picking up the Tucson, I had to pay a $50 deposit, which they said I would get back. Upon dropping off the rental, I went into the office and they said they were going to credit my account for $115. The next day, I checked my banking account. And they had charged me a $107. I called there and asked them to explain. I talked to another gentleman but I don't remember his name right now. However, he spouted off some line about the insurance company thought I was going to have it longer blah, blah blah blah, which I didn't understand at all except when he said, I'd still be credited The $115, which I didn't understand why I was charged a $107 still, and to this day do not understand. All I know is that I'm out about a $160 which the insurance company was supposed to pay, not me. If someone from enterprise could call me I would appreciate because i'm not happy at all with what I was charged. However, the car ran great and I loved it. It was a 2026 model.
