    We had our enterprise van rental literally break down on us. The enterprise we rented from contacted Palm Coast to see if we can get one from then. They said to call once the tow truck came which was expected to come after they closed. We told them that and she said “we’ll call back when it comes” and literally hung up on us. Now we are literally stranded without a car.

    If I could rate this location with a million stars I would! I rent from Justin Hyatt, branch manager, and his team frequently for work and pleasure. EVERY time they are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They always provide a clean, safe, and well maintained vehicle for my trips. It's truly a pleasure renting from them and goes a long way that Justin appreciates and recognizes my loyalty to his location, when I arrive for the next rental. You can't go wrong renting from them!

    This is a very small location in Palm Coast where my mom lives. I'm able to fly into Jacksonville or Orlando and drop off the car when I get to her city. The crew is always nice and accommodating. I've seen customers getting mad when waiting, but like I said, it's a small location with a small team, be patient! Thanks as always guys!
