They told her they had no idea. she went to the AutoZone nearby near Palm Coast Parkway and they changed both batteries out in less than 30 minutes. Story 2 I go to the same AutoZone, they never asked if I need help. I check out. Guy says put in my phone number (while I was presenting my loyalty card). Display says consult your AutoZone rep there are multiple entries. He rung me out while I was asking him about my card. He said it didn't matter. I showed him my AutoZone barcode on my card and he said again it didn't matter. The store and the customer service they provide is marginal at best meaning they do keep the lights on and at least you can check out but don't expect anyone to treat you like a valued customer. You might as well go to Amazon or some other website or visit the other store close by. 2025/11/29. 6:55 pm.
