  Lenny was incredibly amazing very helpful, 5 star costumer service at this place everyone was on top, fully recommend this Tire Kingdom and I will for sure ask for Lenny again!!

  2 hrs and 15min didn't touch vehicle. Now for the story. Found a screw in the tire last night around 4. Called the Tire Kingdom on Bush Rd. They said bring it in tomorrow morning and we did. We dropped off and told them we would walk over to First Watch and then wait for it. Upon returning, we are told they won't be able to get to it until late afternoon. This is the first time of them saying this. Soooo, we take the keys and call around. Tire Kingdom on Northlake said they could get us in in around an hour. We said we could be there in 18 mins got there in 15mins. The guy knew he had talked to us and said there were 2 in front of us. No worries. After waiting about an hour and a half, I asked and was told about another 45 minutes or so. So we leave and come back in 45 minutes. Car still hasn't moved. I asked for the key as it had been 2 hours and 15 minutes with many people and cars moving in and out. The guy was very nice but the service has dropped considerbly since Mavis put their name on it. Not sure if this is the available workforce or management, but just beware.

  As I sit in the lobby at 4pm with a 3pm appointment. I watched the most incompetent management. Then at 4:30 Lenny says my car is ready they fixed the slow leak . I went to tip the mechanic and was told he didn’t fix it because of dry rot . Ok so Lenny has no communication with his mechanic. I need a new tire . No problem I left . Called Lenny and told him I would replace all 3 to match because they were old and starting to show dry rot . He rushed me off the phone telling me he would call me back in 5 minutes, he never called me back . I went to Tilden one mile away and was in and out in half hour . If u the owner is the mr apology I suggest you spend some time at your business.
