    No one at the counter one guy working the entire store who won’t even make eye contact with you and ignores you so you stand there for 20 minutes waste of time. Do not recommend this location. Go somewhere else to spend your money where they’ll treat you with respect.

    One of the only advance auto parts in palm beach county that has the isles fully stocked with exhaust pipes and parts. They were also one of the only ones that had classic vehicle parts in stock still including performance and engine dress up kits. Most stores have to special order parts for older vehicles. There were also 3 workers at the counter so checkout was quick.

    Used to have people who were interested in helping you… last experience with the bald guy working the counter, acted like he didn’t give two rips. He wouldn’t even bring a battery from the hub without pre payment. Everywhere else they’ll bring it in and you can pick it up and pay for it then. I told him I would just call the hub and have it brought in and he said OK bye…✌🏼 O’Reillys said it wouldn’t be a problem to get it in. I simply called and they gave me a day to come in and get it and pay for it lol

    Horrible! Mike was the service person who assisted me with my returns om two separate occasions. The 1st time, for products no longer needed, he did not seemed too pleased that the items were returned to this location but purchased at the location store. He inquired on the WHY and I was kind to disclose that I live closer to this location and finally remembered. The 2nd time I returned, 2 products that did not work for my luxury SUV and suggested my comment, he seemed irritated that I was making a return and tried to tell me that the products were already returned because the receipt had two items scratched out (from the 1st return). So, when I stated the facts that I was here and he helped me the last time, he proceeded to say well "lets see"- very accusatory and almost judgmental. After he seen it wasnt, he once again asked why I am at this location- I said bc I live close. He started ranting about Lake Park wondering why I didnt go there, I said bc I lived here. Anyhoo- I asked to get my original receipt back, he said no since all items were returned and he needs to show "proof" i said ok well you gave me the receipt back last time. He stated if I don't see my credit to take it up with my bank. I closed with "Should I not come here and just continue going to the Lale Park store", he mumbled that's up to you. I just walked away since he was elder. A few things: 1. I waited in the store at least foir minutes for any representative to Reenter the store 2. I felt like Mike was very judgemental both times and combative as well with products that needed to be returned with the original receipt 3. Being in my career for almost three decades and a VP of People Operations for 14 states, Mike's customer service needs to be addressed and coached on.

    They diagnosed my battery did a really nice job and they were very helpful I will certainly go back and I appreciate everything they did very good staff very good people I went there on a Sunday the day before my new job and they really helped me out
