  Took my car in to get it looked at and they were very informative and very friendly as well as professional. If I did not understand something about what the vehicle needed they would explain what it is and if they saw things that need to be worked on in future they informed me about it. I am taking my business here. They are that amazing

  We had a really good experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center in Palm Bay. When we first called, the team was patient with us, listened carefully to our needs, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. That made us feel comfortable right from the start. They were also efficient with the repair and got everything taken care of quickly. One thing that really stood out was the added value—they even provided us with free roadside assistance! As one of their pamphlets says: “Bring your car to Tuffy and get free roadside assistance and our 2 year/24,000 mile Done Right Promise with every single purchase. Now, that’s what you call peace of mind.” And honestly, we couldn’t agree more. We hope we won’t need the roadside assistance, but knowing it’s there definitely gives us confidence. This level of care and reassurance makes it very likely we’ll be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

  Was in a pinch to get back across Florida from moving and needed an oil change and my rear brakes changed and they had it done in an hour and a half after I dropped it off and I only gave them a two hour heads up before dropping it off. Super friendly on arrival and will most definitely use them in the future.
