  Got an oil change and alignment two days ago. Paid $210. Was hearing a weird sound that wasn’t there before. I’m from SC visiting family. Driving back and mind you I’m 7 months pregnant my car says there is no oil in the car. Broken down on the side of the highway.

  I stopped and met the ASM Josh. I came in with a nail in my tire and he immediately got me in the system and took care of me. Everyone was really nice and now I can ride safe again

  I got a nail in my tire while I was running errands and call this place to see if they had any openings even though they were closing in an hour and a half. Not Only did they squeeze me in but they were Very efficient and fast with the repairs. 10 out of 10 for me I appreciate what they did

  I had a really great experience here today. I came in because my tire pressure was low, and honestly I didn’t know what was going on at all. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super kind, patient, and understanding. They didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing much about cars. Instead, they took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong (even took a picture), and kept me informed the whole time. They even pulled my car around for me, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most is how attentive the whole team was. Everyone was on top of it and made sure not just that the issue was fixed, but that all my tires were safe and good for me to drive on. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, amazing customer service and a really smooth experience. I’m very thankful for their help today and would definitely recommend coming here!

  I honestly couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of the guys who work at tire kingdom on Malabar. I pulled up after seven oclock last night with an emergency flat tire. Freaking out because I had no clue how I was going to get it fixed. I walked into the lobby and Robert greeted me. I explained what happened and he said that he would put my spare on that way I could make it to this morning. My husband pulled my truck around and Robert and Chris both jumped right into changing my tire and putting on the spare. No fuss or hesitation even with it being way passed after they were supposed to close. They got the spare on and made me an appointment for this morning at 8 oclock. I arrived this morning and they got me right in. Changing both of my back tires in such a quick manner. They showed me what was in my tire and I couldn’t believe it!! I was so impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness. These gentleman definitely need a raise!!!!
