  Do not ever do business with Mavis, will not honor tire manufacturer warranties, you will be out hundreds of dollars on a new tire that you shouldn’t be, I fell for the con and it wasn’t the store employees as they were nice, it is the corporate office especially Dennis (head of warranty department) who is the most inappropriate person I have ever spoke with at a corporate level, the associates are good here but the company will lie cheat and steal it isn’t worth it please go to another tire company that has some integrity in it

  My first visit here, I was happy, would say 5 star review, because my first visit went so well I was looking forward to bringing my car back for new brakes. I called to schedule an appointment for a Sunday my only day off and the person I spoke with without even looking to see if there was availability right off the bat tells me Ithey prefer me to bring my car in on a weekday. If I was available to being my car in on a weekday, I would have scheduled a weekday. What's the point in being opened on a Sunday then if I can only bring my car in on a weekday. I work 2 jobs, I don't have much free time. I immediately called a whole different car shop and no problems scheduling me on a Sunday. Thats okay, you don't want my business, I don't want you as a mechanic.

  I’ve been to multiple locations of Mavis tires, and every single time the customer service has been outstanding. The team is always friendly, professional, and willing to help in any way possible, which really makes a difference. A special shoutout to Dahlya for going above and beyond. She made sure my work order was accurate during their system switch and double-checked that all the information was correct. That level of attention and care doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable service and a team that truly looks out for their customers.

  I had such a positive experience with Bridgette & Dahlia at Mavis. Found a screw in my tire that I needed patched that day, and while they had a full schedule, Dahlia saw I had my little kids with me and went out of her way to squeeze me in and have my tire looked at. They were unable to patch due to the location of the screw, but they put my spare on for me and had me out of there quickly. Can’t recommend them enough, they saved a mom with 3 small kiddos a world of heartache and stress.

  I had a very frustrating experience that felt extremely anti-consumer. I originally went in just to replace my tires, and the website clearly advertised a total cost of around $400–$500. While the car was there, I received a phone call from the shop saying my brakes were close to failing. I was told over the phone that replacing the two front brakes and pads would cost around $100–$200, and that there would be no labor charge. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was shocked to be handed a bill for over $1,300—full of additional charges that were never clearly explained or approved. To make matters worse, the employee I spoke with on the phone denied ever quoting those prices and claimed this was “standard practice.” Unless you’re prepared to record your calls and deal with confrontational staff, I would not recommend this place.
