  Went in and asked for a TPMS check , asked Darryl for a quote so I can make sure I can pay for the service , they proceeded to do a wheel balance and informed me that my TPMS is working great. They then told me that I need new breaks and calipers and that he would give me a deal at 350 for 2. I declined as I only had funds to pay for the none responsive TPMS sensor till I get paid. He told me I’ll have trouble if I don’t get my break system flushed so I did that . Got back in my car and my TPMS sensor still didn’t work after they finished , I told him the car is still giving the same issue and that all tires display red and seem to be 3+psi over inflated , he plugged it in and “fixed it” by the time I get home (5min drive) my tire is reading 24psi, needs air . The actual tire is 100% fine as their all brand new but the sensor isn’t working . All my tires still display red on my dash and I’m out $200 for nothing I asked for . Also as my wheels are getting programmed by Darryl his co worker walks up and shouts frank is on the Cameras and every car needs to go for balancing . Unprofessional, left with more problems than I went in with . Would not recommend , hope frank on his cameras are having a great time ripping people off. Was still asked to do a review after all that so here you go Darryl & Frank.

  Would not put on Michelin platinums with 60000 miles left 2 yrs old because of a b.s.so called liability issue. Saying the sidewall could burst. Every used tire shop puts on used tires in bad shape all the tire with no issues. They only want to put on the tires bought from them or brand new with tags. Pep boys and others had no problem doing it.

  I had an unpleasant experience at a local competitor so I called the Palm Bay Road store after 5:30 PM. Robert Nielsen, the manager, provided me with the information over the phone then suggested I bring my car in to ensure the part I might need to be ordered the next day was correct per what was quoted to me at the previous store. Robert took a look and he and the mechanic on duty, Cody, were able to fix my issue under an hour the same night, without having to order anything extra, thus saving me a return trip the following day. Robert was patient with all my questions, knowledgeable as to what could fix my issue, and put my mind at ease with his explanation of what took place. As if that wasn't enough, he shocked me with a ridiculously, reasonable price. I will be going to his store for all my future needs and HIGHLY recommend his store to anyone looking for quality service at an amazing price!!!

  Robert N at palm bay road tire kingdom is an absolutely life saver. I came in with a nail in my tire after realizing I had a flat on my lunch break. I was able to get it to Robert and he said they would fix it in about an hour. 20 mins later and they were done. They helped me out more then they know as I am a struggling single mom of 3 working 3 jobs. I cant thank you all enough for what you did for me even if it was just a tire plug. You really helped me out tremendously so thank you! I recommend them for all your car needs and please go see Robert N. At tire kingdom he is a true honest person. Thank you again Robert and your team!!

  I went in to get two new tires and Robert was awesome! I accidentally picked the wrong tires at first, which made the total a bit higher when I came in, but he gave me a discount to help me out. He also went over other things my car might need in the future, gave me quotes, and took the time to actually show and explain everything to me. I’m not too familiar with these things when it comes to cars so it really meant a lot. He even reassured me that I didn’t need an alignment right now (even though a dealership told me I did months ago) — super honest and trustworthy. They also got my car done really fast knowing I had to get to work, which I really appreciated. Right before the holidays too, his kindness really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my services. :)
