  I honestly couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of the guys who work at tire kingdom on Malabar. I pulled up after seven oclock last night with an emergency flat tire. Freaking out because I had no clue how I was going to get it fixed. I walked into the lobby and Robert greeted me. I explained what happened and he said that he would put my spare on that way I could make it to this morning. My husband pulled my truck around and Robert and Chris both jumped right into changing my tire and putting on the spare. No fuss or hesitation even with it being way passed after they were supposed to close. They got the spare on and made me an appointment for this morning at 8 oclock. I arrived this morning and they got me right in. Changing both of my back tires in such a quick manner. They showed me what was in my tire and I couldn’t believe it!! I was so impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness. These gentleman definitely need a raise!!!!

  Robert is truly a lifesaver! I had an emergency with a flat tire three hours from home and arrived right as they were closing. He was incredibly compassionate and stayed late to make sure my tire was fixed. I can’t say enough great things about the staff here—they go above and beyond!

  i had an awsome time with them again .. i revisited the shop , to them resolving the issue in under 30min daniel was at the front desk and was very prompt getting me in and out ..excellent service again !!!5 star !!!!all the way around . Robert was the lead and he resolved all my issue with my vehicle !!! Highly recommend coming here !!! they know what they are doing and DONT take advantage of you ..

  I'm glad I couldn't find the other service center. I walked in and Mr. Josh was at the front gave me the price for an oil change. He is very nice and professional. I met Mike and Chris who are both excellent as well. I wasn't pressured into buying anything else but was well-infirmed about what I will need soon. These guys are great. They will see me again. I appreciate their help today.

  I got four OEM replacement Goodyear tires on my Cybertruck. One of them had a problem with the foam letting loose on one of the tires causing a vibration at 70 mph which became violent vibration at higher speeds. Tesla couldn't identify it. Becasue of the problem, the tire has been discontinued by Goodyear and they offered to replace all the tires, but wanted $1450 for that, which was more than the $1200 I paid for the four tires just three months earlier. The great staff at Tire Kingdom took off each tire and of course it was the last tire that had the loose foam. They searched around and found one of the discontinued tires for me and replaced it for me for free! What a great service. Above and beyond and I will certainly be patronizing them in the future. Congratulations to a great team!!
