  Had a quick emergency yesterday involving a broken valve stem right before my trip to the airport, well I gave tire kingdom a quick call and Kristen answered and said she could fit me in....I was already esctaic knowing I would get to my flight on time, but that's not where her customer service ended.....I arrived and she greeted me with the same bubbly demeanor she had on the phone, she got me in quick and let me know they had a better suited valve stem for a bigger vehicle and it would last me longer..... About 20 mins later I was all done and felt at ease knowing I was taken care of by some really great people...So thank you to Kristen and Daniel for making my day a little better you guys rock and Tire Kingdom is lucky to have you both.

  Five stars!! Mike was very helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my tire sensor in less then 30 min. I had gone to 3 other places prior and every time they would reset it and rebalance my tire only for me to drive 5 miles or so and the light would come back on. Thank you Mike for taking the time to figure it out

  I had a terrible experience at Tire Kingdom with an employee named Don. He was extremely disrespectful toward me and my boyfriend from the moment we walked in. They do not tell you the price upfront and end up overcharging you — it honestly feels like they’re trying to take your money. Their communication is also very poor; no one explains what’s going on or keeps you updated. When we tried to address the issue, Don never once apologized and kept accusing us instead. His attitude was rude and unprofessional the entire time. I’m highly disappointed and will never be bringing my truck here again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

  Wife took her car for an alignment, she was told her struts were bad. I bought them brand new and installed them myself. She informed the guy that's the struts were new then he proceeded to day that the bushing were bad in the shocks and struts. Again my wife informed him that I had purchased complete struts assembly's and all the bushings were new also. Then he came up with another excuse that made absolutely zero sense. In the end she ended up leaving with her car pulling bad and nothing was done or corrected from the shotty worn the "MECHANICS" did. Now I will half to pay another shop for a correct alignment. I DO NOT TRUST ANY EMPLOYEE HERE TO WORK IN MINE IR ANY IF MY Family's VHIECHELES . In the end Malabar Tire Kingdom stole $100 basically from me. No one should use this store. Managers are useless and try to talk over you, mechanics either don't know what their doing or just don't care.

  Absolutely wonderful people. I went to Mavis Tire company in Bayside lakes and they haggled a woman by telling her 500$ then coming saying work was already done and she had to pay 1000. They told me the nail in my tire wasn't patchable. I left because I'm not stupid I caught the vibe the moment that woman started talking n observing the other woman. Took it to this tire place on Malabar tire kingdom told them my experience and they were surprised because they're owned by the same people and INSTEAD of agreeing to make more money was HONEST and took it out n patched... HONEST, GREAT PEOPLE HERE!!
