  Got a quote on the phone for a set of 4 tires price was good $668 but was never told it was an additional $25 a tire to balance them. I did add alignment but went to check out and it was $ 943...big difference...also never got a survey about service so reason for 1 star review....I know he paid move on...this post is 2 days old... update after calling the number the girl I spoke to said would give me a $30 voucher to use on next purchase and didn't have a manager I could speak to about a charge that was never discussed. Car had grease/dirt all over interior that I didn't see until I got home.Very unhappy about results I guess buyer beware...data collection is not big too email was wrong didn't ask for address...name & number pay & NEXT???!!

  Went to this location and was told my car had a gasket leak, Mavis had my car the entire day and when I picked it up the same night it was leaking even worse. I brought my car in the next day to have it fixed and again they held my car the entire day and it has still been leaking. I called to ask to speak with a manager and was told the manager would call me back however never did. I have since then had to bring my car to another shop and put out more money all because my problem has not been fixed. I do not recommend this location unless you want your problems to be ignored. It is ridiculous to be charged for a service that it not complete and have your car returned to you with the same problem.

  Brought a wheel in and asked for a specific size tire for it. Only needed one as it is for a vehicle I rarely use. Needed a 235/70/15, got a 235/75/15. Slightly bigger and causes an issue with steering angle. Did not realize the mistake until I got home, went in the next day and was told it cannot be returned. It’s unfortunate that this store is willing to burn a customer over a 130$ tire.

  1 star. They broke my part, with no apologies sure it wasnt an expensive part, but my thing is they tried to play it off and force the blame on me" you got the wrong part", keep in mind i bought the exact spec valve stem that came out from factory and they have the audacity to act like its not there fault, they aren't trying to do a good job or be honorable work men, they do bare minimum, bottom line, never will step foot in a mavis tire shop again, to further my point of them not trying to do a good job at all or be even helpful in the slightest, i came home, put some dawn dish soap on the valve stem, grabbed 2 pliers, and would you take a guess what happened, it popped right in there, its almost like all it needed was someone to actually want it to go in, instead of them wanting to go home so bad bc obv that's all that was on there mind when they broke someone else's property and felt no need for sorrys.

  We moved to Palm Bay about a year and a half ago they just built this new Mavis Tire and Company in my neighborhood I've been here a couple times already and they're the greatest they are very efficient effective crosswise very reasonable and a very pleasant I would recommend this place to anybody in the area if you live in Palm Bay definitely come here this is on Emerson Street next to the dollar store
