They took my car in and they work with Enterprise Rental cars so a car was delivered to Gerber for me. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. Chris was assigned to my car. He also has excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole process in and out was fantastic! My car has never looked better. Being in a car accident is awful enough but Gerber takes the burden off the whole process! Would give them 20 stars if possible 👍

He listened to ALL my requests, which definitely were a lot, and didn’t give up until my car was beyond satisfaction. I had totally crashed the front of my car to the point where the front right tire wheel literally broke off its hinges. After getting repairs done at this place it looks brand new! I would definitely come here again if he’s going to be the one working on my car.
