I very seldom leave reviews, but the Gerber Collision on Palm Bay road was awesome. The rental car was there when we dropped off our car and when the car was done we dropped off the rentall car there. Nice and seamless. Their work was excellent and done when promised. I came back a couple of weeks later with a tail light issue. Even though it wasn't their fault, they fixed it at no charge. Thanks for the good work.

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after my 2023 Toyota RAV4 needed repairs after another driver rear ended me.
Naila (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) at the front desk was an awesome receptionist. She helped me on several occasions, especially when I scheduled an estimate appointment online but didn’t receive a confirmation text. She quickly got me in with the next available appointment, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she kept me updated and was incredibly welcoming—she even remembered me by name when I came to pick up my car.
Francisco was the technician who repaired my vehicle, and he also did a fantastic job explaining the repair process so I knew exactly what to expect. He was down to earth and I knew he would take care of my car. All around great experience working with him.
The turnaround time was impressive. I dropped my car off Monday morning, and it was ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. When I picked it up, my car looked just as great as it did before the accident. The combination of clear communication, great customer service, and efficient repairs made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received a phone call telling me my vehicle had a quality check after bodywork was completed, and that everything was good, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed a couple issues, Paint had bubbles and exhaust tip was still bent from the accident, I brought this to the service managers attention and it was corrected. My understanding of a quality check is just that a once over by the service manager to make sure the work completed is correctly done. This was not done in this situation. Not sure how this was missed by the service manager as it was noticeable.
****************WARNING TO USAA CUSTOMERS****************
********************ONE STAR IS TOO MANY*********************
I had to bring my car here for an estimate for USAA after I was hit, not my fault. They originally quoted over $2500 in damages to my insurance company, and now my insurance company has labeled my car as totaled, even after they agreed to fix it.
Problem is, the tech that looked at my car told me he would clean the tire marks off and see what actually needed to be fixed (I was swiped by a large truck with tires that stuck out). That was never done, they just sent the quote in after lying to me about the process. I took my car from them, and went home to clean the
tire marks off myself (which I was specifically told by the gerber tech not to do prior to this, but then after I demanded my car back, he told me it would probably just come off with lacquer thinner and he was just "doing his job" by submitting the full repair), and there is basically no damage at all to my car. Literally, the only damage is a broken hubcap and a few minutes scratches that are not really noticeable. The "damage" was all just the tire rubber they wanted me to leave. Literally took less than 30 minutes with soap and water and elbow grease. I would have just done it myself to begin with had they not told me not to. They gave me some spiel about possibly scratching the paint and then the other person's insurance company might fight the scratches.
I don't know if they are working together with USAA to scam clients, but I will be reaching out to the Florida Dept of Financial Services, National Insurance Crime Bureau, and the Florida AG's Office because what was done here cannot (or shouldn't) be legal. Sending in an up charged fraudulent claim to my insurance company to have my perfectly good car that is in great condition scrapped for parts is unacceptable and should fall under some form of fraud. USAA has told me that I am not legally allowed to get another quote and this is the only company they will take a quote from. If you have USAA and they demand you take it here, don't. They will upcharge the repair to the point that you will end up with less than you actually started with and get low-balled by the insurance company. This is why you, me, and everyone we know are forced to pay so much for car insurance because scams like this drive the repair bills up, and guess who pays for that? Yeah, we the consumer.
Now my car has already been deemed totaled in less than 12 hours of dropping it off, when I was told back in November it would just get fixed. That means I now have to file for a new rebuilt title, cannot have full coverage on my car (which at this point means nothing given I have paid more than USAA is even willing to give), and have to have my car inspected and go through a ton of hassle just to be able to drive it and get it legal, over a broken hubcap and a scratch all because this company lied to my insurance company.
