They do a great job and are helpful even after the repair. Allstate uses them as their preferred repair shop. They are growing and can do their own alignments now. I would trust them again.

They took my car in and they work with Enterprise Rental cars so a car was delivered to Gerber for me. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. Chris was assigned to my car. He also has excellent customer service skills and very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole process in and out was fantastic! My car has never looked better. Being in a car accident is awful enough but Gerber takes the burden off the whole process! Would give them 20 stars if possible 👍
