Absolutely amazing experience. Went in on an insurance claim from accident. The first gentleman was a gem. Wound up with a Jeep Rubicon for one day. Hated it! He said, we're low on vehicles. Come Monday morning and I'll hook you up.
I did, and left in. Jeep Wagoneer HUUUUUGE SUV for like 2 weeks. This is like an 70k-80k SUV. Loved it.
The manager DeShaun (I hope i spelled correctly) called and kept up with my insurance situation. When it was time to return the vehicle. They dropped me off at the body shop. Gave me a little break on the gas fill up and we're Absolutely top notch.
In a time where customer service BLOWS. And NOTHING GOES RIGHT anymore wherever you do business. This was 10 out of 10. And I should know. I own THE ITALIAN FISHERMAN, and customer service is 🤴!!!!
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this Enterprise location.
We arrived to pick up a reserved vehicle and were told by the employee assisting us that she was going to clean the car. However, she never actually went to clean it. After waiting for quite some time, it became apparent that there wasn’t even a vehicle available for us.
I then spoke with the manager, hoping for an explanation or a solution, but instead I was met with an unfriendly attitude and very poor customer service. While we continued waiting, approximately six other customers were helped before us, even though we had already been there waiting.
The lack of communication, the long wait, and the dismissive attitude from management made this a very frustrating experience. If a vehicle is not available, customers deserve to be told the truth instead of being left waiting without any updates.
I expected much better service from Enterprise. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service and better respect its customers’ time.

Stay away! Horrible customer service! Try to rent a vehicle through insurance company from an accident. They had nothing available. They do not pick up the phone. They do not return the phone calls

I think the managers name was Wesley or wisley, coolest guy in the world. Hooked me up with an SUV for the family to go camping. I would've invited this dude to come if he wasn't working. I will definitely rent from here again because of this man. Outstanding customer service and just down to earth. Plus the cologne he had on was fire and now I ordered 2 bottles. Ladies go see him guys go for the hook up on nice rentals.

I had an excellent experience with enterprise rental company! The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived.
A special thank you to Wesley for providing outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Wesley definitely made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and a great rental experience. I will definitely be renting from them again!
