  Went in to find a steering wheel cover for the car, could not find one that would fit my wheel. Asked the employee at the front if they carry D shaped Covers. The guy replied all we have is back there, and did not even try to help and did not express any want to help. Then came up upon some cars toys that my son might like. The price was 6.99 went to go to ring it up and they were not in the system. They ended up adding it to the system and put it for 8.99 not 6.99 like it stated over where the toys were. They had no want to help us. They were actually pretty rude.

  2/3/25. As an woman RVer, down for the winter season. I received GREAT SERVICE from Bob. I needed a ladder to repair an awning hanging down Rv. Bob was a gentlemen to assist with a ladder, zip ties & safety to secure the awning until I return to Ohio in a few months. KUDOS & BIG THANKS. D HOOK

  I’ve mostly have a good experience shopping at this store. This time I went in and had to wait a while to get served. The worker Kevon was apologetic and very friendly. I went in for only 2 item and left with 4. He’s a great salesman.. and very helpful.. You need more workers like him!!

  If you go to AutoZone, ask for Tray Martinez. He helped me with my light bulbs, reattached what I needed, and assisted with my battery — all with a great attitude. Friendly, patient, and knew exactly what he was doing. 10/10 service.
