    I purchased Rain-X cleaner and wanted to do a battery check. The price of the cleaner did not match what was on the shelf, but it was immediately resolved. However, the person who did my battery check seemed as if he did not want to help me at all. When he was asked to help me, he didn't seem pleased. I was never asked to start my car or anything and was immediately told it was bad with no solution or anything after 30 seconds of checking. When I asked for further details, he said it was 100% charged, but still bad. He acted as if he didn't want to tell me anything else and gave me a receipt showing bad battery. Before I could ask further questions after I said thank you, he went back in the store without bothering to put back down my hood that he initially opened to check my battery. When I went back in the store to ask if I needed to change the battery, the attitude became even more apparent when explaining. At that point, I advised him thank you and specifically mentioned I did not like his attitude. Instead of engaging back and forth, I left the store instead of buying another battery. Because of this, I decided to go to the AutoZone on West New Haven to confirm if I would get the same result of my battery. Not only was my battery good, my starting system and charging system all passed, which the latter two were not even tested at the previous location. I also didn't have to ask for a copy of the receipt that showed the results of the test. I understand things can be stressful at times and I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but the demeanor towards me was unnecessary, especially when I wasn't rude. I would usually brush off things like this. However, with the combination of the attitude and the completely different result at another location, I needed to voice this.

    Thank you Shawn for all your help! Came in one night with all my kids (😮‍💨😅) looking for a headlight bulb replacement. Shawn kindly found what I needed and replaced the bulb for me! Truly went above and beyond. So rare to find these days.

    I needed help replacing a dead battery on my elderly father’s car. Ryan was terrific, helping find his warranty. Chris was extremely helpful and even assisted in finding a mobile mechanic to replace the battery, as the car was parked in a lot and jumping was not possible. Thank you both. You helped made a difficult situation much easier to resolve. I highly recommend this group.
