  My car’s alternator went out Friday night. I made it to Auto Zone where Trey worked in the rain to remove my battery and charge it and put it back in so I could make it home. He did this while it was pouring rain. Thank you so much Trey!

  Jaylin Turner is amazing at auto zone on Babcock he goes above and beyond for his customers I have been there probably three times in the last two weeks and I will only go there if he’s working because he’s so dedicated to helping people and he is very very, very good at what he does he always makes sure that he lets me know what’s going on with my lights. He always make sure that he gets them fixed. He’s just amazing and I feel like he deserves a raise or a promotion. I also talk to his boss. He has been so good to me that I am going to take him him a gift next week just because he’s so polite, respectful and very very helpful to me. I went in there today and as soon as I went in there. He walked right over and help me. I asked him can you help me, please he said absolutely came and fixed my problem.. please, if you guys don’t promote him, please give him a raise. He’s amazing. And like I said, I will only go there if he’s working because he makes sure everything is right.

  Went in to find a steering wheel cover for the car, could not find one that would fit my wheel. Asked the employee at the front if they carry D shaped Covers. The guy replied all we have is back there, and did not even try to help and did not express any want to help. Then came up upon some cars toys that my son might like. The price was 6.99 went to go to ring it up and they were not in the system. They ended up adding it to the system and put it for 8.99 not 6.99 like it stated over where the toys were. They had no want to help us. They were actually pretty rude.
