  Was in Palatka for a few days and my car decided to completely die. My insurance company sent a towing request here, and I am thrilled they did. They were quick, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Special thank you to Eric and Chris who saved the day for me! Great job. I strongly recommend this company to everyone.

  I needed to get my Honda Accord from my home to the garage to have it worked on. I'm glad AAA routed the service request to Johnson Towing and Recovery. Though I'd never heard of them, I was glad with driver Robert came over, helped me with a complicated extrication of the vehicle out of a narrow garage, and subsequently loaded up the car to deliver to the mechanic. It's very helpful that he knows the area mechanics and drives straight to them. Robert was polite, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. Great to work with -- especially when you're in a tight spot!

  We broke down on Superbowl Sunday in Palatka. Able to handle all the business stuff over the phone. Robert arrived within a half hour to take us over an hour away. Very professional outfit from the office to the field.

  The driver that did the call at HWY 207 and cracker swamp dirt road last night was very friendly, helpful and great attitude he move around his truck safe and efficient all around great guy
