  Joe Hudson’s team is amazing!! From the very beginning of my insurance claim all the way to getting my car back. I received updates twice a week on the status of my car. Also, when I had a question about the process it was very easy to get in touch with the team and get my question answered. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It was also a very easy process being able to bring my rental right to the shop to pick up my car and they returned the rental back to enterprise. Not to mention they detailed my entire car before I picked it up. My car looks amazing! I was a bit nervous about how it may look after the damage it had done to it but Joe Hudson’s team made it look brand new and fixed everything back up in a SHORT amount of time. I can’t thank the team enough for being so helpful and friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

  I caused my own problem when i bumped into a light pole and cracked the front bumper. I brought it in and met Nichole, from there it was on auto pilot. when they tore it down to replace the bumper they found where the last body shop had done some not so great work. missing parts, and poor workmanship were going to cost me some money. we agreed that it had to be done the right way and we fixed it as it should. many times when multiple people are involved something goes wrong. not here! constant updates by text, so I didn't have to wonder what was going on the painter and body guy all did their jobs and the result was a perfectly repaired car at the deadline that was promised. as a business owner I understand what it takes to make people happy and it happened here so thank you!

  FANTASTIC. I was grateful to have been helped by this Joe Hudson location. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth as butter!! It was peak holiday season, and they still made sure to prioritize my vehicle's repairs, and ensure I wasn't without her for too long at all, while keeping great communication throughout the process. While you never desire to need a collision center, should I ever need one again, I will be reaching out here. I thank the entire team for their efforts and communication! Give these people a raise!!! :)

  I had an excellent experience with Joe Hudson’s Collision in Pace. A special shoutout to Becky at the front desk, James the production manager, and Keith the general manager. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, friendly. They run a very efficient shop. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were also able to give me a great deal, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the turnaround time. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday for what was supposed to be a week long repair, and they called me on Thursday to say it was already finished. Two days! The quality of the work was fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. 10/10. This will be my go-to place for any future repair needs.
