I explained it was a tiny dent on the bumper, I was told it doesn't matter you have to make an appointment. I walked into the Pace store, they took care of me on the spot. If you are as busy as I am with a packed uncertain schedule, go to the Joe Hudson's in Pace. I had a great experience and the staff there were very kind, friendly and kept me up to date throughout the process. Furthermore, they detailed the whole car after only fixing the bumper. Super impressed!

She even took the time to play with and hold Archer while I handled paperwork, which made the entire experience that much easier and more personal. Throughout the repair process, their communication was outstanding. I received regular updates and even text messages letting me know how things were going and exactly when my truck would be ready. That kind of transparency and professionalism made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. When it came time to pick up my truck, everything was done exactly as promised and finished right on time. They replaced my rear bumper, and the quality of the work was flawless — everything lined up perfectly and looked brand new. Best of all, I didn’t have to bring my truck back for any follow-ups or adjustments; it was perfect the first time.
