Overspray on my brand new car, scratches on part of the vehicle that wasn’t part of the repair, damaged trunk latch that wasn’t replaced and a car returned to me filthy dirty. What body shop would return a car dirty? I imagine one that’s trying to hide the overspray. When confronted, they tried to deny it. Thank goodness the insurance company saw it differently and paid me to go elsewhere to get the issues resolved.

I received updates twice a week on the status of my car. Also, when I had a question about the process it was very easy to get in touch with the team and get my question answered. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It was also a very easy process being able to bring my rental right to the shop to pick up my car and they returned the rental back to enterprise. Not to mention they detailed my entire car before I picked it up. My car looks amazing! I was a bit nervous about how it may look after the damage it had done to it but Joe Hudson’s team made it look brand new and fixed everything back up in a SHORT amount of time. I can’t thank the team enough for being so helpful and friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
