- JPJ PAug 27, 20251.0My daughter works near this Advanced store and broke down in the parking lot at her work. She called me and I stopped at Advanced to replace a worn out battery cable end. Simple enough ?? Well the part was missing the nuts that hold down the crimped wire lugs. Both were missing. I first figured I may have dropped them, but when I returned to the store to check the other ones, NONE of then had nuts in the packaging. The studs were of different sizes and unless I had an inventory of random sized nuts they would be useless. Well that was the fault of poor product packaging. But what came next infuriated me. The young guy at the register when I asked him why they would sell a product that cannot be used due to missing parts? He just looked at me and went "ehhh". If customer no-service is what you like, you'll love this place!
