  I had a nail stuck in my tire, they fixed it right away, very fast and they were very helpful. I believe he said his name was Bob at the front.

  Drove into Mavis on a Friday night near closing time with a lower engine cover dragging below my vehicle. Damon and his staff immediately raised my car in the shop , secured the part , and was on my way all within 15 minutes ! Great customer service !! Clean , well organized shop !

  Tire was losing air so I stopped here with no appointment. They took me right away. Front counter was friendly and accommodating. Work was done quickly and price was great. I have used this location several times and always very professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a mechanic.

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis thanks to Sebastian! From the moment I walked in, he made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free. He took the time to explain my options, made sure I got the best deal, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. What really stood out was how genuine and professional he was—he truly cares about his customers and making sure you leave satisfied.   6 months ago I took in my Bronco SAS after I installed a leveling kit for an alignment and the car after service the steering wheel was clocked left and the steering pulls right, stock 35" Goodyear. Because of the distance from work I could not bring it back to this location so I just looked for another shop near my office and git it fixed. I had to use mavis because of my rim style and regular alignment mounting bracket not working on them. 2025/03/14 I take in my 2000 mile Land Cruise after installing new front coil overs and so they can install new tires on the original rims. I pick up the car after approx. 3 hours and same story as before. steering wheel is clocked left and the car is pulling right. I had to go pick up my grandson so I couldn't bring the car right back but I drop by yesterday afternoon and they want me to go the extra mile to accommodate them and not the other way around. not doing business with these people again. Update 20260324: ended up speaking with Tim (no one identifies with last names in this company) the regional manager, it didn’t go well, he’s offering a partial refund which is not acceptable as I had to take my car to a different shop to fix their mistake. You can read all about it on the BBB and Florida Department of Agriculture and Customer Services. Again, I will not do business with this company even worse now knowing how upper management treats verifiable claims.
