  Scotty and the amazing crew at ECC in Oviedo have saved our bacon TWICE in less than two months. In both cases they had to diagnose a really difficult problem and fix it. If you ever have one of those "Scooby-Doo mysteries," these are the guys that can fix it for you - worth every penny!

  Mimi was so nice! She explained the deals that they have and gave me advice about brake inspections. She also explained that they have a student discount. Would recommend!

  My experience with these guys was unbeatable. My car was having some issues with vibrations that I didn't really know the cause of. I brought it in and it turned out to be something super minor that they had to adjust. I know for a fact any other repair place would've told me it was something way bigger and overcharged me. I wound up leaving with awesome service and a very reasonably priced bill that kept the lights on at home!! A++!!!

  First, I was kindly greeted in what looked like a well furnished café. After being provided a complementary snack and coffee, I was seen by one of the mechanics. Who gave me a a previously well priced . They provided a A better price than three other mechanic shops I tried the Previous week and the work came out perfect. Would strongly recommend 10/10 Customer friendly environment and service. So if You’re similar to me and have trouble trusting your typical Mechanic shop. Try this one.

  I went to another mechanic before this and left with my car smelling like something was burning, which didn’t feel right at all. The team at Expert Car Care took the time to properly inspect it and actually figure out what was going on. They showed me photos of the problem areas and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They felt very trustworthy and were great at communicating each step, which made us feel comfortable with the work being done. The hospitality was great too. My son loved the cookies, and the waiting room is really nice if you need to sit and get some work done while you wait. If you’re looking for an honest place that explains things well, I’d definitely recommend them.
