  I had to rent a vehicle while my car was at AutoNation Collision (Oviedo) being repaired. Loved the fact the rental office was co-located with the auto body repair shop! The two Enterprise employees who helped me at check-in (?) and Return (Herzen Vallejo) were super nice and helpful. I had to extend my rental over the phone an extra day because my car would not be ready the day the rental was due back. It was so easy to schedule the extension over the phone. Thank you Enterprise for the great service.

  I’m incredibly dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I rented a car, but unfortunately, I had to replace it three times within five days. Each car was in a terrible condition—the seats were filthy, and there was an unpleasant smell. Despite this, they tried to mask the odor by spraying something when I picked up the car. To make matters worse, one of the cars had all its windows covered with stickers that were removed and left sticky residue on the glass. The one I hot today has 55k miles on it 😡

  Ok place. Nice waiting room but the one guy's working need some help. Too slow to get a car.
