  stopped by to get my oil change in january, two weeks later power steering fluid is all gone. I filled it up -two weeks later it’s all gone again. I stopped by Valvoline to have them check it out because obviously I had never had an issue until I went by to get an oil change there . When I get there, none of the kids there have a clue what I’m talking about one of the kids there says he’s gonna talk to the manager to take a look at the video and they’ll get back to me. This was almost a month and a half ago I stopped by again, two weeks later after that because nmy steering wheel fluids are all gone again and again nothing. no one has called me back. They have offered no solution and they haven’t even been able to look in there to see if they knock something loose because they’re afraid they’re gonna screw something else up at this point. I’m going to have to add fluid to my steering wheel pump every two weeks and I will never go back to this place and we’ll definitely Let as many people as I can know not to go there

  I’m a long time customer at valvoline and this location. Today I went in explaining im in a rush just an oil change. The lady who took care of me still tried to sell me everything and then turned around and pushed a tire rotation on me so I did it. Whole time this chick is on the phone with a ear piece having a personal conversation taking her sweet time i heard another employee try to help but she insisted “ I got it “ I don’t think I’ll be going back to this spot. not professional at all…

  Went there for an oil change with a 2021 Honda Civic. Short wait times. Very nice staff. They walked me through all steps. Showed me before and after and recommended certain service items without being pushy. Instead highlighting how things work and what the benefit would be of having them replaced. Tho $60 for a cabin air filter is steep. Store that day was mostly run by female staff, which delivered top notch service. Left the place with a good feeling and will come back.

  Oh my goodness Jocelyn was amazing. She really is incredible employee. I hope somehow this reaches her and she knows how much I appreciate all of her help that day and explanation and just very pleasant young lady and did a great job so thank you for asking.

  I went to Valvoline yesterday for the first oil change on my brand new car, a car that had zero issues before I brought it in. I leave thinking everything is fine, and not even five minutes down the road I hear something dragging underneath. I had to turn around and go back. When I explained that my car was not doing that before they touched it, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. They fixed the dragging piece and said it was “something minor,” but then mentioned another piece was missing. My question is — why wasn’t that caught the first time? Why did it take me coming back upset for it to suddenly be noticed? Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be returning.
