Upon my arrival, I to wait for assistance. However, I observed that a vehicle that pulled up next to me was acknowledged promptly, while I was left unattended for an extended period. To my dismay, after a ten-minute wait, another customer arrived and received immediate attention, yet I was still not acknowledged. Feeling neglected and frustrated by the lack of customer service, I ultimately decided to leave without receiving the oil change. This experience has left me disheartened, and I am compelled to reconsider any future visits to your establishment.

I fixed it refilling it with 2 and a half quarts of oil, calling the next day to get a refund. Only for not only the manager at the location and the customer service man both be externally rude and condescending, not a care for the insane damage done to my engine.

You stay in your cat, they’re very fast, and the process feels natural. I did not wait at 3 pm. The younger guy with short brown hair NEVER pressured me, but thoughtfully educated me and advised me on what priorities mattered most and their respective timelines. Showed cabin filter, which I already did myself from eBay. This shop as of Jan 2026 is 10/10 for someone who doesn’t know cars and young drivers who need an honest mechanic’s opinion during routine maintenance. $62 for synthetic oil change with $25 off coupon. The upgrades were a bit costly though, and Valvoline would be more popular for everything else if prices reduced. I’ll probably go to Tuffy for the tire rotation and return to Valvoline for oil changes when there is a coupon.
