    Been going here for 5 years, current crew is awful. Sucking oil out through the dipstick tube is better than draining it from the drain plug? As someone who was an actual mechanic in both auto and marine, drain plug is always the preferred method unless it isn't accessible. Don't lie to me. Replaced my OEM drain plug without asking just to justify more lies? I am livid. Will not be returning to Valvoline. Unacceptable in many ways. You lost a customer for life now.

    I always get my oil change here. The people are always friendly and helpful. And the process is so quick I'm in and out.

    I had messed up and waited too long to get my oil changed not knowing I needed it done asap, but the people didn’t shame me or were rude to me about it, they just told me that there was nothing on my dipstick and definitely needed the treatment along with the recommendation of the cleaner which I did take. They were fast and efficient and super super nice, it was a great experience for sure.
