Went back for next oil change was told there was a tiny leak but they acted like it was a big deal. Turns out they likely put the wrong size plug in and damaged the oil pan. They sent a manager to Mavis to look at it he said they would get it taken care of, they did not. We had to pay out of pocket and now our only option is small claims court. I would definitely recommend not using Valvoline.
