  Trailer tire got a hole today, my spare wasn't seated all the way from trailer company. Tire Kingdom quickly reseated properly in 10min so I could get moving, then came back to get my new spare....only took a few minutes. Will be back, thanks for helping in a quick pinch. Thanks Jamie and Ben.

  I had a nail in my tire, and thankfully I had a warranty, which made the process quick, easy, and affordable. The service was fast, and the customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. While waiting for my car, I sat in the lobby, which was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The overall environment of the store was friendly and professional, making the wait stress-free.

  I was helped by store manager, Ben. He took time out of his day to take a look after I stopped in having issues with a blinking tire pressure light. Ben gave me his full attention, resolving the blinking light and reassuring me in the process that my car was safe to drive. All free of charge! Thank you, Ben!

  This place used to be great but the past couple times I have brought my car here I have been disappointed. I brought my car back in September because I had a coolant leak and it was the closest shop to me when my car started smoking while driving to work. I then paid $2,000 in work to be done. Only for three months later, my coolant to be completely empty again. To which I brought the car back to them, because it’s only been three months, for them to claim that there are no leaks and that the tech is “old school” so he could not properly check the car because it didn’t have the way he was used to checking it. So they simply just refilled my coolant tank and basically didn’t know what else to do. Today I brought my car to a different mechanic because my coolant was empty again only two days later, who found 2 leaks in less than 30mins….it was literally losing pressure as soon as they hooked up it to the gauge. It’s now gonna be another $900, which, this is an assumption, but I think this shop knew about the issues and didn’t want to admit it because it would’ve been covered under their warranty and I wouldn’t have had to pay. Super frustrating.

  I recently visited Tire Kingdom for the first time, and I was very impressed by the level of service I received! When I first arrived earlier in the day, the shop was extremely busy, so I decided to come back later to get my tire checked. I had already put air in it twice, but it was still losing pressure. When I came back, Jamie, who was super friendly and let me know she was new to the job, took care of everything. They discovered my tire had 3 nails in it, making it unrepairable. I was given three possible options for a new tire. Once selected, even though it was after hours, they made sure that everything went perfectly! I really appreciate Jamie’s kindness, professionalism, and the extra effort by entire team. Especially since I was about to take my car on several long trips over the next couple of weeks. Thank you, Jamie and Tire Kingdom for going above and beyond. Highly recommend them for your tire and related needs.
