  We have been going to this tire kingdom for years and just got two brand new tires for my daughter‘s car. The price was fantastic, but most of all the employees are also curious and nice. Thank you for such great service !!!!!!

  Went in after Vavoline couldn’t replace a light bulb they put in, and they replaced it in less than 10 minutes with no issues. I told them I was in a time crunch and they treated me like I was the only person there! Great customer service!

  Today, March 5, 2026, I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tire Kingdom, thanks to Holland and Ivan. The customer service they provided is something I honestly have not experienced in a very long time. They both went above and beyond to help me with the repair of my Mercedes. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and worked hard to find the best solution for my situation. What impressed me most was their genuine willingness to help. They showed professionalism, patience, and true care throughout the entire process. It is rare these days to find employees who are so dedicated to taking care of their customers. Holland and Ivan, you are both amazing and a tremendous asset to your company. Employees like you are truly rare to find today. Tire Kingdom is very fortunate to have team members like Holland and Ivan representing their company. I sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve.   I had a very disappointing experience at the Tire Kingdom (Mavis) location in Oviedo, FL that I feel other customers should be aware of. I ordered tires through their website after entering my vehicle information. The site clearly confirmed the tires fit my car. Later I received a voicemail from an employee named Holland claiming I had ordered the wrong size. When I returned the call, instead of explaining the situation professionally, he immediately blamed me and spoke in a condescending tone. I explained that I relied on their system’s fitment recommendation, not guesswork, but his attitude only worsened. He told me he would order the correct tires, yet I received no updates the entire day. When I tried calling the store that evening, the phone rang endlessly with no answer. The listed business hours online appear to be inaccurate. The next day, after more than 24 hours with no communication, I called again and still received no update. When I asked when I could expect one, he became argumentative. I admit I was frustrated at that point, I admittedly lost my temper and cursed at Holland. He then hung up the phone on me. I drove up to the store with my wife, but instead of de-escalating as a professional should, he escalated the situation, matched my energy, pointed his finger at my wife, and threatened to have me trespassed from the property. For context, I have spent 36 years in aviation maintenance and over a decade in corporate customer service. I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. Regardless of frustration on either side, professionalism should never be abandoned. This is also not my first issue with this location. On previous visits for tire rotations, both my vehicle and my daughter’s vehicle developed slow leaks shortly afterward that required multiple return visits to address. I ultimately left and went to Tire Choice down the road. They had the correct tires in stock, completed the work promptly, gave me a discount, and treated me with respect. I do not like writing bad reviews, but this experience crossed the line. Based on this interaction, I will not be returning to any Mavis or Tire Kingdom location and cannot recommend this store to others.

  We’re from out of town and we were five minutes away from our daughter‘s house and we got a flat tire. They were just a few minutes away, so we filled it up with air and made it over there. They took really good care of us patched our tire and gave us a great deal to get new tires put on tomorrow morning which we really needed anywayand we’re on our way to our daughters now. Thank you tire kingdom and thank you Holland for the superior service
