I was in a rush and didn’t think much of the weight due to the tag still being on the nozzle. Mistakes happen. I wasn’t given a receipt. Went in Friday evening to let them know what happened and show them the charge and OG tank. Cold flat we can’t help you response. This is a daily frequency for me. Coming here. It’s just a shame that they hire and train to not even listen to customers despite their mistake. I wasn’t going to die of $26 worth of propane but acknowledgment of the mistake would have been enough. I’ve filled a back charge and BBB due to lack of management response. Interesting team hires. Thanks. also your above lights advertisements are full of rubber bands still and store is dirty lol
