I asked if I could back up and kid told me “no just to drive through gate and out the exit”. My truck got wedged and my rims are trashed. Manager said they wouldn’t cover the damage because it didn’t happen in the car wash! I said it happened because your employee wouldn’t let me back up 30 feet! Instead made me drive through when the wheels obviously weren’t gonna fit and 7k wheels trashed by the curb getting my truck wedged! Attorney will be contacting them! This place is garbage!
