I had one issue with turning radius and talked to the expert tech and figured it out - turns out the steering damper was not installed in the correct place. Great to be able to talk to the alignment expert to rule out other issues. Highly recommend Sebastian and this Mavis store!

I've never been asked to purchase a WARRANTY for Tires. I can understand their jobs requires that, however, you only need to tell me once and not several times. Also, they Warned me if i didn't buy the warranty for tires, then I would have to take it up to corporate.. like i give a damn. They sound more like a dealership sales folks. In essence the reason why people choose these places for service it's because they don't want to deal with professional sales people from dealerships. I would get a second opinion on a mom and pops mechanic before you do any major work. I should've gone to the one in Lake Mary, never had issues there. No annoying upselling stunts. Idk if corporate is forcing this on their employees or it's just this specific location. I won't be back and best advice for the rest; make sure you question everything.

They called and said tire needed to be replaced, and that they had already located the exact tire and it was already on its way to their store. They were proactive and put a new tire on for me. They went out of their way to ensure I was back on the road soonest. Highly recommend this place for all your tire needs.
