  I went to another mechanic before this and left with my car smelling like something was burning, which didn’t feel right at all. The team at Expert Car Care took the time to properly inspect it and actually figure out what was going on. They showed me photos of the problem areas and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They felt very trustworthy and were great at communicating each step, which made us feel comfortable with the work being done. The hospitality was great too. My son loved the cookies, and the waiting room is really nice if you need to sit and get some work done while you wait. If you’re looking for an honest place that explains things well, I’d definitely recommend them.

  This place had amazing service and great staff members (shout out to Mimi, DeMarcus, and Rick). They were able to troubleshoot my FCW system failure without a problem. They were honest and reasonably priced. Waiting area was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended. This will be my go-to-spot in Orlando.

  Had a really great experience at Expert Car Care. Scott and DeMarcus took really good care of me and made the whole process feel very comfortable and trustworthy. They explained everything clearly, showed me pictures of what was going on with my car, and made sure I actually understood the situation before doing anything. I really appreciated how transparent and straightforward they were. The service felt honest, the prices were fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing things right. Honestly, it’s one of the most trustworthy places I’ve come across. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Expert Car Care to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

  Expert Car Care is a really trustworthy place with excellent service. The shop is very professional and well kept, and the first thing I actually noticed was their AAA certification, that already gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work they do. The staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for honest service, great value, and professionals who actually take the time to sort out your problem properly, this is definitely a place I’d recommend.

  I can’t thank Gabby, Scotty & James enough for being so patient, kind & understanding throughout my latest service at the Oviedo location! They were very accommodating with communicating with my Dad as well, since he was helping me with necessary repairs. I’m not the most educated person when it comes to cars but they kept me informed with everything I was going to need after I gave my concerns about my older Honda, and didn’t try to oversell anything to me. They were direct and honest, I always appreciate those qualities. I have referred two friends since.
