    Johnny has Great customer service skills! It was pleasant , to see this young man so motivated to please us and go over the paperwork with us! You don't see this possitive attitude often. :). Transaction on our rental was quick and easy. Johnny even looked up the weather and best route, for out trip! We only rent from Enterprise, because they are the best, their cars are clean and mechanically sound. Oh and their prices always beat the competition. Thank You, for providing Excellence, while serving us!

    I needed a car while my car was being repaired in the body shop. Desk was slow and not very professional. The car took a long time to get and when I did get it it was not clean inside or out. I had to clean the windows to even drive the car because of a film that was on them. the car was at 5/8ths tank of gas, every car I rented anywhere was full and return full. Overall not a pleasant rental.
