  I pulled into this RaceTrac to get gas and, before I could even finish figuring out how much I needed with fuel prices going up and WWIII breaking out, the night manager was already approaching me and pressuring me about whether I was getting gas. That set the tone right away. I went inside, paid for gas, and bought items. Then I filled my tank, cleaned my windows, and went to wash my hands. As someone who is legally disabled, these basic tasks take me longer than most people, but I was actively using the property as a paying customer the entire time. As I got back into my car—before I could even start it and leave—the same manager came up again and told me I was “loitering” and had to leave because of a 15-minute limit. Labeling a paying customer as “loitering” while they are actively fueling, cleaning their vehicle, and preparing to leave is unreasonable. More importantly, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12182(b)(2)(A)(ii) and 28 CFR § 36.302), businesses are required to make reasonable modifications to policies when necessary for individuals with disabilities. Rigidly enforcing a time limit without any attempt to understand or accommodate a mobility-related limitation raises serious concerns. My disabled parking permit is clearly in my window on top of I can't stand or walk for very long. Florida law governing public accommodations (Florida Civil Rights Act, Chapter 760, Fla. Stat.) follows similar principles regarding fair and nondiscriminatory treatment. I was not loitering—I was a paying customer trying to safely finish up and leave. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive from the moment I arrived and completely lacking in basic professionalism or awareness. I'll be contacting the manager and regional manager.   This store was very clean and there were 3 ladies working the registers (which is probably why it was so clean 😉). I was impressed by the selection of coffee, creamers, condiments and more! Definitely would stop in again! I found a new fav creamer!

  Had to find a pump that works. Either the payment part doesn’t work or it won’t pump gas. RaceTrac needs to take a look at this store and make some changes. The store stinks

  I've always enjoyed stopping here for drinks and snacks. They have a great selection of stuff, and the staff are always pleasant.
