  Walked in because I had a nail in my tire. Kelly helped me right away.without waiting and Paul got the nail out and patched it up. I am extremely satisfied with their service and I am definitely coming back when it’s time for me to get new tires. The guys were great, and made it easy for me. Job well done!

  Went in late in the day near closing with a tire issue, they were great!! They showed concern about my situation and were able to fix my tire last minute without an appointment! They seemed truly happy to help. I highly recommend! Thank you!!

  Tire pressure light came on unexpectedly during a road trip. We made it to this location, and David promptly inspected all 4 tires. He was able to determine, no leaks and no punctures. After a recent oil change from a different dealership, the tpms was not reset. The team at this location was friendly and professional. Best part, no charge! A+, thank you for a great experience!

  We had a very bad experience with this location. My wife brought our Equinox there because the back tire had a nail in the wall. Replacing the back 2 tires ended up taking almost 41/2 hours, they said there was issues with the alignment and made a few adjustments and several road tests. During this issue they had taken all 4 tires off the car. My wife left and returned home, the next day the front right tire warning came on for low pressure, we checked and the tire was at the right PSI, it continued the next day and again the PSI was fine, we assumed it was a bad sensor reading, but then we noticed the front left was totally flat!! We drove the car back to Tire Kingdom to have it checked, to my suspicion they came out and told us we had a nail in the hall of the front tire. My wife calmly explained that the original reason the car was brought in days ago was a nail in the back tire....since that service we drove 7 mile, that was home and then back to this location! The technician put the tire with the nail back on the car. Now, I don't believe this was purposely done, it absolutely could have been an accident, however they took no initiative to correct this or even discuss it, the service writer simply said "I'm not going to fight with you." We kindly asked for our keys and took the car elsewhere to have new tires on.

  My husband and I have used this location for years for tires, oil changes etc. Yesterday I stopped by to get new windshield wipers put on my car. They refused to sell them to me, told me to go next door, as it was cheaper. There were no other customers and four employees were in the office area by the cash register, laughing at my request. I didn't want to go next door. They said I could walk over there, purchase them, come back and they would put the wipers on my car. Really? I will be telling my friends and family about this incident. There is a Pep Boys across the street and a Goodyear two blocks away. I will take my business to one of them from now on.
