  I needed a patch for a tire and I was pressed for time as I was still working. I have tires ordered but it will be two days before they arrive. Coincidentally I got a leak and needed a patch up quickly. Blake was able to get me in and patch my tire with very little wait time and no charge. Thank you!

  Manager was extremely helpful; I got a tire rotation done and was in and out in like 20 minutes. I plan to go back for future services.

  We had a very bad experience with this location. My wife brought our Equinox there because the back tire had a nail in the wall. Replacing the back 2 tires ended up taking almost 41/2 hours, they said there was issues with the alignment! They made several adjustments and road tests. During that time they had taken all 4 tires off the car. My wife left and returned home, the next day the front right tire warning came on for low pressure, we checked and the tire was at the correct PSI, it continued the next day and again the PSI was fine, we assumed it was a bad sensor reading, but then we noticed the front left was totally flat!! We drove the car back to Tire Kingdom to have it checked, to my suspicion they came out and told us we had a nail in the wall of the front tire. My wife calmly explained that the original reason the car was brought in 4 days ago was a nail in the back tire....since that service we drove 7 miles, that was home and then back to this location! The technician put the tire with the nail back on the car. Now, I am not claiming this was purposely done, it absolutely could have been an accident, however they took no initiative to correct this or even discuss it, the service writer simply said "I'm not going to fight with you." We kindly asked for our keys and took the car elsewhere to have new tires on.

  I don’t typically leave feedback when someone completes a task I’ve requested, but I felt compelled to do so after my recent visit to Tire Kingdom for a puncture repair. While they handled the repair last week efficiently and professionally, my 5‑star rating is actually based on an experience from the previous year. During that earlier visit, they inspected a puncture and explained that it could not be repaired because it was located on the outer rim of the tire—an area that can only be addressed with a rubber plug, which they do not offer. Instead of trying to upsell me on a new tire, the associate I spoke with went out of their way to provide the contact information of a competitor who still performed plug repairs and could assist me. That level of honesty and integrity is what brought me back for my most recent repair, and it is the reason I would confidently recommend them to others
