Everyone working at that time was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I came in with a small but frustrating issue, and they took the time to listen, explain what was going on, and make sure I left with the right part — no rushing, no attitude, just solid customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with people who clearly know what they’re doing and actually care about helping customers instead of just ringing you out.
