He was right on time and kept in touch from the morning to let us know when he would be there and gave a call when he was on the way with a gps estimate of how long he would be so we were ready. He was efficient and polite and did his best to get us the best price for both vehicles. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell your car. He explained everything at every step of the process and even when it was taking a while(not his fault) he kept us informed of where we were in the queue on getting everything sorted.
