  This location feels like a scam operation. My girlfriend went in for a simple oil change, and they tested her battery without even cleaning the terminals first. They then told her the battery was “dead” and quoted her $215 for a replacement/service, even though the battery was working perfectly fine. The situation became so uncomfortable that I had to personally call the store and tell them to stop pressuring her and just complete the oil change so she could leave. I understand upselling and recommending maintenance is part of the business, but this felt excessive and targeted. It honestly came across like they were taking advantage of a young woman who might not question the recommendation. I used to come to this location regularly, but after this experience I won’t be returning. I’d recommend others be cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to any additional services.

  I sent my daughter in for a routine oil change on her 6-month-old Kia K4. During the visit, she was upsold a $129 coolant flush and told that if she didn’t approve it, the car could overheat. Given the vehicle is essentially new, this recommendation is highly questionable and not consistent with standard maintenance schedules. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and felt pressured to agree out of concern for potential consequences. I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years and have trusted this shop with many vehicles. I have never before been advised to perform a coolant flush on a brand-new car. This experience has unfortunately shaken my confidence in the store’s integrity and its treatment of customers, particularly those who may be more vulnerable to pressure.

  Damian was amazing and so attentive. He spent so much time checking out the entire car and addressing all of my concerns. You can tell he is an honest guy. We will definitely come back here for all our future issues!

  To change my oil is easy I go to Valvoline on Michigan st in Orlando fl cause of the staff at this location are amazing

  I DO NOT recommend that anyone go to this place. Went there for an oil change and tire rotation, and new windshield wipers on Saturday. On Sunday when it rained half of the windshield wiper does not work. Went back today, Tuesday they would not exchange them. They said the only thing they could do for me was for me to buy another windshield wiper. Poor, poor customer service. You installed it incorrectly and expect me to pay more money for it. People stay away from this Valvoline. They don't care about their quality of work.
