  Customer service was good. Actual mechanical service not at all. You see all the leaks spots on the ground. Those nuts were not tight. Causing the leak. Went back to correct they said they tight then and then recommend me to next door mechanic. Who wants 350 dollars to replace the oil pan gasket. Wait it gets better. While waiting at the mechanic this lady came in recommended by valvoline with the same issue i have. Never again will go to valvoline

  The techs were very friendly knowledgeable and provided quick service and explanations on how to keep my car running to the best it can. Gio, was a pleasure to work with during the interaction and my car sounds and feels like its running like brand new. I really appreciate the time and dedication the team took.

  I’ve been coming to this I’ve been coming to this place for years for oil changes because it’s very close to my house. I have four vehicles and have consistently used them for service. Last October, they performed a transmission fluid change on my BMW. Shortly after, it looked like I had a leak, which is why I needed to replace the fluid again in a short period. During that service, it seemed like the technician had a hard time completing the job. Recently, I went back for a regular oil change, and they told me they no longer service BMWs. That explanation didn’t make sense to me. It felt like, because they had difficulty working on my car last time, they decided to turn down my service and focus on easier jobs, even though I’m willing to pay for the service. I also didn’t like how the manager handled the situation. The explanation didn’t line up, especially since I have a friend who had a BMW transmission service done there just last week. It made it seem like my service was declined specifically. As a long-term customer who has trusted them with multiple vehicles over the years, this was disappointing.
