  I had a great experience getting my oil changed recently at the hunter creek location. Joel was the one who helped me, and he was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, and everything was done properly. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend Joel if you’re looking for reliable and honest car service.

  I've been going to Valvolines for my oil changes for awhile now but this location is top notch. Will definitely be returning. Geffrard was absolutely amazing; he had the best customer service, ran us through the potential maintenance while also getting us in and out super fast.

  I've been getting my oil change at Valvoline for a while now bc it's just so convenient to drive up and just sit in my car while it's getting done. The guys that helped me out at this Hunter's Creek a town Loop location were great. Efrain and Shane were sweet, efficient, and thorough. I'm not sure who the person was on their team under the car but they did a great job. Definitely coming back to this location & I highly recommend their service. Ty 🤗

  Geffard was excellent! I've been to many Valvoline in the area, none of which were as fast, efficient and customer service oriented as this location.

  Oil and filter change on my wife’s mercedes GLC 220. Geffard was amazing and went through U Tube to get the service “still required”light off. He was patient kind and professional
