  Read the mainy reviews on the amount of time to do small jobs that other shops take mins to do. Also the front desk lady is constantly on her phone talking to her friends. The ONLY reason im giving 2 stars is because they will see you last minute. I went in there to mount / balance two new tires and a wheel alignment. Right away the vehicle was placed on the lift and I felt confident. I took a seat and after one hour I go take a look to see if it was done but of course the tech is on his cell phone. I asked the front desk lady to go find out if its done. He tells her that it still needs an alignment and he hasn't started. I then ask to take the car since I can no longer wait. He yells out what seems to be a curse but I didnt hear it clearly. I also asked to keep one of the two tires since that one still had 80% left of life. I was still charged the disposal fee. I asked to have it removed and was told she cant. I called the Corp office and was told they were extremely sorry and ill be refunded. Thats fine and all but the experience was not pleasant at all. I also had 3 more cars to to that day but I definitely took my business elsewhere!
