  TireChoice Auto Center is absolutely amazing. I had a screw in my tire and they took and looked at it and came up with a great solution for me. Anwar In particular was outstanding amazing customer service and I highly recommend you visit them for any tire needs or auto service needs. I will be back with any car needs that I have and I recommend anybody else do the same.

  I had a really disappointing and honestly unsafe experience with this tire shop. The first time I came in for a tire replacement, they broke a component that helps secure the tire and instead of telling me, they threw the bolt in my car. I ended up driving for days with a missing bolt without knowing, which is extremely dangerous. When I returned to get a full set of new tires, I explained what had happened. The employee didn’t apologize and just said the person who worked on my car was new and no longer worked there. He took the bolt and said they would fix it. After waiting a couple of hours (and having to Uber home with my toddler because of the delay), they called to say there would be an additional charge to fix the issue THEY caused. I had to push back before they finally agreed to fix it at no cost but the catch was I had to come back another day. That meant continuing to drive my car in an unsafe condition with my child. My husband had to take time off work to bring the car back, and he ended up sitting there for an entire shift while they “fixed” their mistake. To make things worse, the work still wasn’t done properly. Only two tires had the proper components to prevent air leaks, and they didn’t even match the originals. The tire they “fixed” now has a rusted bolt. Overall, this was a frustrating, careless, and disheartening experience. Safety should be a priority, and this place clearly fell short. Offering a free oil change at the end doesn’t make up for the stress, inconvenience, and risk we were put through. I would not return or recommend this shop

  Richie and Andrew were absolutely amazing. Super caring and transparent. In a culture that lacks honesty, it’s comforting to know that good honest service still exists. I came in at the end of the day with a nail in my tire. They immediately took care of it. Answered all my questions and even shared with me all about the warranty for replacement. Great service and very pleasant.

  I came for a brake inspection. I was told after the brake inspection was done that they had to do an entire car inspection. I refused. Stated that I didn’t want to do that. That I-only came for the brake inspection. He insisted that I would have to have it due to company policy and his boss would get mad. I feel like I have a right to decide what services I need. Almost 2 hours later I was handed the papers and my car keys

  I've been taking my cars to Tire Choice in Avalon Park for several years and am always satisfied. I've had a wide range of work done from simple oil changes to as complex as an engine replacement. They know what they're doing. What I like about these guys is that they don't try to sell me work I don't need. The repairs are always done well and at a reasonable cost. They even try to find ways of saving me money. I recommend them.
