  Pleased with the service of this location. I was referred to this store by the district manager of safelite. What i thought was a challenging experience this store made turned it around and the outcome was quick efficient and most of all professional thank you safelite orlando Curtis street!

  Start with the good. Process was amazing and easy. Just drop the car off and the Azalea Park location(Closer to work on a work day) replaced my windshield same day at their location. The bad, the windshield was not fully sealed because there was a whistling when driving on the highway which had me worried. If air is getting in then water would get in also. So I let Safelite know and brought it to the Kissimmee location(closer to home on a weekend). Again, dropped the car off no problem Saturday morning as instructed and was told I would get updates. Here I am on Sunday, they are closed, never got and update and I have work on Monday. Other little notes from install. The car could have been wiped down better because there was little shards from the install all over the dashboard. The windshield was installed off center. You could see about a 1/4" more black strip on the left side compared to the right. They installed a significantly cheaper windshield that has a blue tint to it in the light which the original did not but I doubt I can really do anything about that since free is free 🤷‍♂️.

  These reviews look more realistic because that's the mediocre service you will get. Ohio one is the main quarters and it's temporarily closed but the horrible service is a chain reaction.

  I had a terrible experience with Safelite AutoGlass. I brought my car in on Saturday for a windshield replacement and never received ANY notification that it was ready. I’m a full-time registered nurse with a baby, so I relied on that communication. Instead, I spent the entire weekend paying for Uber and Lyft because I thought my car was still being worked on. Come to find out, it had been sitting there for over a day and a half—completely finished. What’s even worse? My car was left unlocked the entire time. That is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for customer property. They’re closed on Sundays, so I couldn’t even pick it up, and no one followed up on Monday either. Not a single employee thought to question why a finished car was sitting there all weekend—unsecured. Because of their negligence, I had to rush to pick up my car before work and ended up being late to my shift. This was a complete failure in communication, professionalism, and basic responsibility. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
