- SSsureyma santanaFeb 3, 20261.0Every time the kids get out from school, they put the icy not working so the kids cannot buy icy when it’s really cold the hot chocolate machine. It was turned off when I asked so they can turn around. They never wanna turn it on when each rush time they turn off the machine or some produce so you don’t use it.

I'm a Tier 5 rewards member (meaning I spend more money at Racetrac than most) and they made me feel like I was asking too much when I asked them to check their Coke Zero and Diet Coke... both were out and I waited for 8 minutes for them to eventually fix it. Another customer was disappointed because the hot chocolate was out...and asked about it. Troy rudely hollered across the store, "it' out! There's none in there!" - we know, Troy, that's why he was asking about it. Troy and the young lady working the other register today both acted like we were bothering them by spending money or even rewards at their store. Sad. If you don't like you job ... make a different choice. If you don't like your location... transfer. But most importantly.... Treat customers better.... your day or life are not our problem. We just chose your store over the many to choose from, unfortunately. Treat customers better, Troy.
