But today this employee who was working the night shift,( shift manager) she was rude to me and tried to compare herself (age 41) with me (age 60), something about her not needing this, not to mention that we feed America, but being treated like we are second or third. She cant even spell the name of my business. Since when is it a crime or a problem trying to have a normal conversation. I asked her for her name and she wouldn't give it to me. To me she is being racial and disrespectful towards an elderly person. I am a Caucasian 60 year old truck driver lady. To top it off, someone stole fuel out of my reefer while parked. I had 3/4 of fuel on Friday at 2pm and Sunday morning at 4 am my reefer shut off due to the tank being empty. All while the Pilice was on property. So much for safety..
- BTBrendan TraversMar 19, 20261.0RUDE is the biggest takeaway from here. Came in real quick and I come here all the time usually not a problem or the workers are just quiet. I grabbed 2 slices put it in 1 box because they give you buy one get one for $1. Well the old tall lady with the dreads has an awful demeanor and no customer service skills. I told her I had 2 slices in one box. She just goes and rolls her eyes and says “yeah I know”. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all, acting like I’m bothering her. Well here’s the kicker for you Racetrac. This is where I come to fuel my work truck, reload on snacks drinks etc. I’ll exclusively use Wawa for that now, and to all other drivers reading this, go to QUICKFUEL right around the corner. Cheaper fuel and no nasty cashiers to deal with as it’s unmanned and only for commercial motor vehicles. Very sad as Racetrac coffee is good but I won’t patronize a business that treats me like I am bothering them while they’re on the clock!
