  I would not recommend this business. I called to reserve one of their cars almost 2 weeks in advance before I needed the vehicle. They confirmed the vehicle was available for that day. I provided all necessary information and documentation to them well before the date to ensure I could just pick up the vehicle on that date. Upon arriving, there was no one at the counter. I had to call the business to ensure they were open and waited another 20 minutes before an employee hiding behind their curtain would step out to help me. I was told the vehicle I reserved was no longer available and they don’t know when it would be available again. No call from the business, no text, and no email to let me know. Their employee promised they would give me a call later that day or the following day to let me know whether or not they can get the vehicle to me. That call never came. From my experience, the business is unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate of their customers. I would not recommend this business if you want reliable service.

  they told me the car will be ready at 11 o’clock. I was on my way and I received a text message as the car is not available until 3 o’clock. Also what I noticed I talked to a person in Miami. He said nothing available and then all of a sudden somebody text me says The Ferrari was Available to my knowledge this is unprofessional way to deal with clients. What I am realizing and getting that they want you to come in and get whatever they have ,not whatever they told you that they have

  Overall communication was great! Unfortunately, there was an issue with the car I rented which screwed up our plans and was pretty disappointing. Justin called the next day and made it right. We look forward to renting from them on our next trip up.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a Lamborghini Urus for a wedding and was left without a vehicle. Instead of honoring my reservation, they tried to push a G-Wagon like it was an equal replacement. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and unapologetic. Thankfully, Prestige Luxury Rentals saved the day and delivered exactly what was promised. I will never rent from this company again.
