  Empresa horrível, só veículos velhos, estou em Orlando, têm 10 dias que estou na cidade, aluguei um carro na empresa, dos 10 dias de permanência na cidade, o carro apresentou problemas em 5 oportunidades, me deixando no prego, experiência horrível, passeando com a minha família, problemas de bateria.

  If I had the option to provide zero stars believe me I would. Seems like none of the reps are knowledgeable of their guidelines or simply how to do their jobs. Rented a vehicle with having a credit card on FILE as I’ve rented 18+ cars in a year - Executive Elite status btw. I go pick up my rental and the person tells me the amount which was the amount agreed upon online, then she proceeds to swipe my card and state that I as well am being charged a $400 hold. Why would I be being charged a hold when there is already a credit card on file? To then be told “oh, well I didn’t see it” - now that’s your problem not mine as a customer, especially when I am showing it to you on the reservation confirmation and on my National account. Told them to cancel it, because who swipes a card first before letting the customer know the ENTIRE amount being charged. Then I proceed to ask for proof of the cancellation for record keeping since I now have to wait for $600 to come back to my account - then some wanna be tough guy employee comes from the door and says that they cannot give me anything. Corporate was definitely let known and I was also let known that I was in fact correct! and received 2 free rental days due to the employees being entirely incorrect. So do yourself the favor do no rent from National, Alamo or Enterprise (same people, same desk btw) at this location as the staff is not knowledgeable when it comes to they’re jobs. Genuinely hope the lady and wannabe tough guy both see this review and learn to be professional. Would have definitely loved to take the conversation outside with the tough guy as professionalism seemed to be completely missing entirely.
