- KHKristopher Houck6 days ago5.0After having a very stressful experience with the nearby pep boys trying to get my valve stem replaced, I was able to get convenient and quick walk in service. Liz at the front desk was very knowledgable and friendly. Liz provided excellent customer service that made me feel that my situation was being taken seriously and even after my tire was fixed, Liz was fantastic in outlining their other services that I may be able to take advantage of in the future. The mechanics were efficient as well as after creating the appointment I didn’t have to wait too long before I received a call letting me know they had finished my service. Thank you for turning a less than ideal situation into a productive one! I will absolutely be returning!

She helped me with my issue when pep boys wouldn’t. From now on I will come here. Thank you liz for outstanding customer service and Sam for doing such a great job working on my car.

Liz spoke with me over the phone and explained the process and her customer service in person was excellent.
