  Keyon store manager was very courteous and helpful. Was going to go somewhere else, but decided to stop at Mavis and try it out. Im so glad I did. Price was reasonable and Keyon was so helpful ! Would definitely recommend 👌 👍!

  I came in today to have a tire repaired due to a nail. Upon arrival, a young employee Hispanic with green eyes approached us from a distance and immediately stated that repairs could only be done if the damage was in the center of the tire. During the interaction, he repeatedly addressed my husband as “boss.” My husband politely asked to be addressed as “sir” or by his first name instead. As we continued the conversation, the employee explained it was company policy, which we accepted. However, as we were leaving, he again said, “okay, boss man,” in a tone that came across as condescending and dismissive. He then walked away and laughed with other team members who were standing nearby. This experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this interaction, I would not return in the future, even when in need of new tires.

  I went to Mavis to get my new tires put on and they did a great job. Very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend for anyone who looking for and tire service needs!
