    I had an outstanding experience at this dealership, and I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. Israel was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. He took the time to show me four different vehicles, carefully explaining the features of each one and helping me compare my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism. He listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. I also want to give a big thank you to Farid in finance. He made the paperwork process quick, straightforward, and stress-free, which I really appreciated.     I am not really sure what happened today. Dropped my car off with an appointment at 7am today and I knew with a knock sensor in the mustangs that the actual diagnosis and service would take more than half a day to complete. I was fully expecting my car to be ready the next day or even Wednesday because of the knock sensors and wiring harness actually being underneath the intake manifold. What really disappointed me today was actually the diagnostic test or nothing was done period. I do UCF full time and work full time so being without a car is not ideal. The idea was that I dropped the car off with an appointment at 7am and I would take a loaner car and the tech can take his time with my car while I can still move and continue life. I couldn’t get a loaner car because of the diagnostic test needing to confirm it’s a warranty fix. Cool, at least let me take a shuttle to school for my classes and exams and while I am at school they tell me that it’s a warranty fix and I get a loaner, or it was animal damage. Well shuttle didn’t run until 8am and my exam was at 8:30. So I just got an uber and carried on with my day. I checked back with my service advisor at 10:20am and 3:30pm. I was straight forward with what I was looking for at the start, and asked for an update and letting my service advisor know that even when I wanted a shuttle to UCF there was none until 8am. I checked before leaving property with the advisor and he said they could start early but I didn’t press for them to do that. I asked for an update because I can see on my FordApp my car hasn’t moved and hasn’t started since I left property. That’s why after a couple hours I checked to see if there was any progress. And then constantly reminding me that he mentioned that diagnosis would probably take all day? So 7am to 6pm the car was sitting in a parking spot all day long? If the diagnostic test was done and I was able to get a loaner car then everything would have been all cool. And my Mustang can stay at the shop for 14+ days so they can change every wire in there if they see fit for the warranty. At this time it is 5pm, the place closes at 7pm, I got no word on my car even being on the lift, so what do I do at this point? So then at 5:30 I just decided that I am not gonna continue the trouble and went to go get my car back. Not gonna figure a way to get another uber home from UCF then either uber to work, uber to Greenway and then for them to decide in the middle of me working tomorrow yeah I can have a loaner car. They did get me a Lyft to the dealer and I just picked my car up and went home. But for the service advisor for saying that “you are going to start all over at another place because you already did so much at our dealer” and “it is going to be the same somewhere else” and talking about his experience in Arizona, like that’s cool. But better yet trying to say I was not clear and transparent about anything and being passive aggressive that I was frustrated with my car not even getting an OBD scan for ten hours?? That definitely was just the cherry on top. I was not going to wait another day for a diag and then the work to even start on Wednesday. “Potentially start” Staff was overall nice and everyone was professional. Service advisor definitely was not pleased with me being his client towards the end😭🤷🏻‍♂️ The very next day I took my car to tropical ford and they got me a rental and took my car in for service within 15 minutes. But I had to wait in line and it was “going to be like this everywhere else because I used to work in Arizona” right right🫤

    I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that it needs to be documented. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into an ongoing issue involving poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional conduct. From the start, the vehicle was returned with clear alignment issues — including improper hatch fitment, uneven panel gaps, misaligned tail lights, and visible inconsistencies in body lines that do not match factory standards. Even more concerning, a protective foam component behind the tail light (which serves as a barrier against moisture and electrical exposure) was removed and not replaced, creating a potential long-term safety and damage risk. Despite multiple visits, emails, and detailed documentation — including side-by-side comparisons with a similar vehicle and pre-accident photos — these issues remain unresolved. Each time, we were told the vehicle was “ready,” only to arrive and find the same problems still present. What escalated this situation from frustrating to completely unacceptable was the behavior of staff — specifically Christian. During this process, Christian engaged in conduct that can only be described as threatening and inappropriate toward a senior citizen, which is beyond unprofessional and entirely unacceptable in any customer-facing business. There is no justification for that type of behavior under any circumstances. Additionally: • Staff failed to properly communicate or identify themselves • Concerns were dismissed rather than addressed • Clear documented issues were ignored despite being presented multiple times • The burden has been placed entirely on the customer to repeatedly return and prove what is visibly incorrect At this point, this is no longer just about poor workmanship — it is about negligence, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer treatment. If you are considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly recommend you think twice. What you may be promised and what you actually receive could be very different.
