  They lie, waste your time on rental to force you take your car back the way they think it’s right….they say “they’re a shop” they can do a whatever job…may be they’re good at that. Take your car to the actual dealer and certified mechanic. I had to take my vehicle to real shop to have it fixed. Even my car insurance is paying for the repairs Gerber collision and glass managed to messed up. And lie many time by saying they got it fixed. They would use a frase “we’re doing it for you” Question them, have someone to go with you to check your vehicle when they say “it’s ready” DO NOT USE THEM. GO TO THE ACTUAL DEALER

  Immaculate Work!! I am so very pleased, words cannot express the level of gratitude l have for Gerber and their staff. This was my first accident and Gerber paired with my insurance made this process seamlessly quick. Just a side note Geico is the best, they covered my rental and extended it for me when I was made aware by Gerber my car had been fixed in 1wk and I needed to extend the rental until Friday pay day for that $1k deductible but anyways if you have an unfortunate accident use Gerber 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND. Thank You Gerber!!!

  They made a really good job fixing the rear door of my car, the customer service kept me updated about the service all the time. I recommend this company.

  My experience with Gerber collision was subpar to say the least. Communication on the completion of my car was inconsistent. When my mother and I explained our issues with the obvious paint difference and new scratches they continued to be dismissive. Mark Oakley GM, was immediately condescending and argumentative. We repeatedly asked questions on how to fix the issues of what steps to take and all Mark Oakley had to say was “somebodies gotta pay it” and when we asked what they can do or recommend, they told us that it would cost $20,000 and “someone’s gotta pay for it” when we began to show videos of our car prior to their service and the new marks I see on it, Adrian started saying our car isn’t even worth being fixed and they’re surprised that our insurance didn’t just total it and that we’re lucky. Overall this was an awful service and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone in a crisis!
