  I had the unfortunate experience of having a door ding done to my car. This shop was one of the authorized body shops the insurance has selected. I spoke with Nelly who was very dismissive after I explained the situation. She told me she would update my file with the VIN number and never did. She told me all they needed were pictures of the VIN, damages, etc and I provided all of that plus more. The online estimate is there for a reason. Ultimately Carlos Colon gave me my repair estimate so I appreciate him tremendously. However, for some reason now the shop REFUSES to pass along the required paperwork to the insurance company Ive been working with. Ive already contacted corporate and submitted formal complaints. No where in the laws of insurance does it say I am required to posses the vehicle in question at anytime during the claims process. This is confirmed by my insurance and the policy holder’s. They refuse to advance my claim because they know I will not be using their services. Ridiculous that they would even be an authorized body shop yet fail to comply with the requests of the insurance companies. Nelly was awful to speak to. If I could go lower than a one star, I would.

  Después de un accidente y quedar sin auto es un poco frustrado pero al llegar a Gerber y Carlitos nos brindo seguridad claridad con nuestro caso nos mantiene en comunicación con un respecto tranquila única gracias Carlitos por todo eres el mejor excelente estamos súper agradecidos muchas bendiciones y éxitos eres un campeón

  Gerber located in Semoran did an amazing work!! So so so happy with the results, my car looks brand new and I cannot thank them enough! They even finished the job ahead of schedule which was more than I could ask for, just excellent service from the front desk to the guys handling my car, 10000/10
