  I was charged $87 for a one day rental for a Toyota Corolla because I called at 4:30 pm to rent that day at 5:30. A rental they would not have if I did not rent. I would not have but that I had just sold my car. A total rip off.

  My experience with renting a car from Enterprise was good overall all people were professional. If I had to say anything negative it would be that when the car was dropped off to me the person seem to be very rushed, and I like to look over a vehicle to note any damages or anything of that nature before I take possession of it, and again I felt rushed in doing this but everything was good. If I need a rental car in the future I would surely consider Enterprise.

  Not sure if this is the location that does the Central Florida Dodge Chrysler dealership, but they are slow, always have to wait 2 or more hours for a rental when I drop off my vehicle at the dealership, making me late for work, was told by the service tech that Enterprise suppose to be there between 830 and 9, it was 9:35 when they arrive and stay 9:47 and they haven't acknowledged me yet, I will never rent from them for my personal use

  Trace & Stormy are very blessed to be the most impactful love of what represents Enterprise in Orlando ;) my God both them tremendous promotion because they both have wonderful happiness within location there much worth more for Enterprise then Ever God always bless there career with rejoice in there work environment ;)

  The team at this location are great. Good communication willing and wanting to help very friendly and Vehicles are cleaned very well. I had an issue with Hertz earlier in the day with and insurance claim rental car and the team here was so helpful and really made the day much better. Thank you for turning rough day into a better one!
